What are my shipping options?
For shoppers in Malaysia, we offer a standard local Express Delivery. That said, you can also opt for GrabExpress' same day delivery or self-pickup your order in our dUCk stores. Global shoppers can rejoice as we provide Express Delivery across international waters too!
How long does delivery takes?
If you place your order before 3pm, it will be completed on the day itself; orders made after that will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been made, it will take around 1-3 working days for your package to arrive with local Express Delivery. If you pick the GrabExpress service, you can expect to receive the parcel within 2 hours upon placing an order. For international orders, it will take 3-5 working days for them to be shipped.
How do I track my order?
We will update you with the delivery status once your order is processed. So check your inbox, we will email you a tracking code to follow the journey of your package at all times. Just in case you can't find it, you may want to check your Junk Mail.
Why is my tracking number not traceable?
Tracking number is usually traceable once it is collected and processed by the courier. Hang in there and do give it at least 24 hours for it to be processed on the courier's end. If you made your order during the weekend or public holidays, it will be traceable on the next working day.
Can I make changes to my shipping address once the order is placed?

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
Any charges for duties, taxes and custom fees must be borne by you. We cannot assume any delivery risk and responsibility on import clearance, duties and charges for international orders.
These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be.
Same Day Delivery FAQs
How does this work?
Our Same Day Delivery service is fulfilled by GrabExpress and this is only exclusive to shoppers who live in Klang Valley. You can expect your order to be delivered within 2 hours.
GrabExpress is available for orders made between 9am to 4pm, (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays).
How do I select GrabExpress?
Before you check out online, just select GrabExpress as your preferred delivery option. GrabExpress will deliver within a 35km radius of our warehouse in Kota Damansara, so this option will be made available to you during checkout if your shipping location is within the coverage.
How much is the delivery fee for GrabExpress?
The delivery rate comes at a small fee, quoted by Grab, and it will be added as Shipping Fee on top of your subtotal.
Can I change my shipping address with GrabExpress service?
Unfortunately, no. We are sorry! As the delivery fee is based on your location or shipping address, we are not able to make any changes to your shipping address once you opt for GrabExpress.
One way is to cancel the order and make a new one – do immediately email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +603 2730 2101.
How do I track my GrabExpress delivery?
Once your order is ready to be delivered, you will receive push notifications via the Grab app if you provide the same phone number when placing your order as the one registered to your Grab account. We also send updates on your order status via email, so you can check your inbox too!
What happens if my order was not delivered?
Uh-oh. The order will be sent back to our warehouse and it will automatically be cancelled. But don't you worry. The amount paid will be refunded as store credit for you to reorder or use it for future purchases. As for the delivery fee, it will not be refunded as the Grab driver had already attempted the delivery but it’s not successful.
In-Store Pickup FAQs
Do I have to pay for In-Store Pickup?
Definitely not! There is no charge if you would like to do a self-pickup for your dUCks.
How do I select In-Store Pickup?
Before you check out online, just select your preferred store. Our In-Store Pickup is now available from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
When can I get my order?
You can get your package on the same day after 7pm when you order anytime before 3pm, from Monday to Friday. For orders made on public holidays, your package will be available for in-store pickup on the next working day after 7pm.
How will I know when to collect my order?
You will receive a text when your order is on the way to the store for pickup.
How long will the store hold my order?
Once it arrives, our stores will hold your package for no more than 3 days. If the order is not collected, it will be returned to our warehouse and you can arrange for it to be reshipped by calling our customer service line at +603 2730 2101 or email us at email@example.com.
