How does this work?

Our Same Day Delivery service is fulfilled by GrabExpress and this is only exclusive to shoppers who live in Klang Valley. You can expect your order to be delivered within 2 hours.GrabExpress is available for orders made between 9am to 4pm, every day (excluding Public Holidays).

How do I select GrabExpress?

Before you check out online, just select GrabExpress as your preferred delivery option. GrabExpress will deliver within a 35km radius of our warehouse in Kota Damansara, so this option will be made available to you during checkout if your shipping location is within the coverage.

How much is the delivery fee for GrabExpress?

The delivery rate comes at a small fee, quoted by Grab, and it will be added as Shipping Fee on top of your subtotal.

Can I change my shipping address with GrabExpress service?

Unfortunately, no. We are sorry! As the delivery fee is based on your location or shipping address, we are not able to make any changes to your shipping address once you opt for GrabExpress.One way is to cancel the order and make a new one – do immediately email info@getducked.com or call +603 2723 2101.

How do I track my GrabExpress delivery?

Once your order is ready to be delivered, you will receive push notifications via the Grab app if you provide the same phone number when placing your order as the one registered to your Grab account. We also send updates on your order status via email, so you can check your inbox too!

What happens if my order was not delivered?

Uh-oh. The order will be sent back to our warehouse and it will automatically be cancelled. But don't you worry. The amount paid will be refunded as store credit for you to reorder or use it for future purchases. As for the delivery fee, it will not be refunded as the Grab driver had already attempted the delivery but it’s not successful.
