Returns

Oh dear. Trust me, it is as disheartening to me as it is to you that you can't have your dUCks for keeps!

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item for any reason, dUCk will gladly accept returns within 30 days upon order receival for a full refund or an exchange. Effective 1st of January 2022, dUCk is extending our return policy item provided that:

  • Item is unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in its original packaging with label still attached
  • Item is not in the non-returnable category (See below for Special Condition Items)
  • If you have received defective or wrong items, let us know at [email protected] for us to sort it out soonest for you
  • Item is not from orders utilising non-returnable coupon codes

We would like to accept all returns, but due to certain features of the items, some categories are not eligible as explained below:

Beauty Products:

  • Not returnable due to hygiene purposes
  • Note that all returns will subject to dUCk Fair Use & Return Policy

Essentials:

  • Not returnable due to hygiene purposes
  • Inclusive of disposable face masks, cloth face masks, all masks accessories, sanitisers and wipes
  • Note that all returns will subject to dUCk Fair Use & Return Policy

Innerwear:

  • Not returnable
  • Inclusive of scarf inners/undercaps
  • Note that all returns will subject to dUCk Fair Use & Return Policy
Fair Use Policy
  • We reserve a right in monitoring and suspending any accounts with suspicious return activity
  • If conditions are not met, return will be rejected and returned back to sender
  • We reserve the right to reject any returns & refunds even with met conditions

REST OF THE WORLD

Mail

  1. Login to your account & locate your order in My Account and click Request Return (App) or Return Exchange (Web). Fill in option of Return/Exchange for the item and submit Return Request.
  2. Repack item in original packaging.
  3. Fill in Poslaju E-consignment note. Mail it to :

    *Shipping Fee for returns will be borne by dUCk (Kindly refer below on claim process)

  4. Email your tracking number at [email protected] for tracking record.

    *Only applicable for Poslaju returns.

For international returns/exchanges, shipping costs are borne by the customer and parcels are not liable until item reaches our warehouse.

For customs purposes, kindly declare the items as returns/defect. Do update us on the tracking number if you have it so that we can keep an eye out for your parcel.

Unfortunately, the items which fall under non-returnable categories will be sent back to you.

  • Once parcel has reached us, we take 1-3 working days to process your return (excluding Refund Processing Time)
  • All return & refund notification shall be sent via E-mail
  • All returns and exchanges are in exchange of Store Credit
  • Refunds via Original Payment Method will fall under dUCk discretion
  • Refund lead time varies according to the Original Payment Method. See below for details:
