Returns

Oh dear. Trust me, it is as disheartening to me as it is to you that you can’t have your dUCks for keeps!

All returns are accepted in exchange for Store Credit. If the dUCk you wanted to exchange is no longer in stock, we’ll refund you in store credit too. You can place an order for another dUCk or save it for future purchases.

Only products that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in the original condition/packaging with its labels for returns can be returned or exchanged. We do reserve the right to reject the return or refundif the conditions above are not met.

For returns and exchanges, you are advised to email us first with the order number and item's details. We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your parcel. So let us know right away at [email protected] or call +603 2723 2101.

*With the current Covid-19 pandemic, we understand the restrictions and limitations in place thus, we extended the return period to 60 days.

For hygiene purposes, not all dUCks are returnable or exchangble.

Beauty products, stationery, intimates, swimwear, accessories (including jewelry, bags), headscarves (including inners), home and living products (including candles, diffusers) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Also, personalised, sale and markdown items cannot be returned or exchanged. For full priced items purchased with discount codes, you can email us at [email protected] for the return eligibility as only certain codes are returnable/exchangeable.

Other than that, we do accept exchanges for size and/or colour of the item you bought – only exchanges for the same item is allowed. But if you can’t exchange for the same dUCk, we accept returns in exchange for store credits only.

FOR MALAYSIA DUCKIES
1. When you’re at the local post office
Just return via PosLaju. You may obtain a blank consignment form from the PosLaju counter and ship the item to the following address:

Do send us a photo of the receipt and we'll reimburse the amount accordingly to your store credit. Do note that postage reimbursement is only available for returns via PosLaju.

2. When you’re running errands
You can drop off your returns at any dUCk Store (Pavilion, KLCC, One Utama, Setia City Mall, KL East Mall or IOI City Mall). It will be returned to the warehouse team to be processed.

3. When you’re busy as a bee You can make your return via PostCo. Proceed to submit your returns booking via PostCo's website. Do note that the return option via PostCo is only available for customers in Klang Valley.

FOR SINGAPORE DUCKIES
You may submit your returns booking via PostCo's website.

FOR GLOBAL DUCKIES
You can directly ship the item to the following address:

We don’t provide any cash returns or refund for your shipping fees. For international returns or exchanges, be sure to declare the items as returns or defects for customs purposes. Worst case scenario, if your items are held at the customs or unfortunately lost, we will not be responsible for your parcel.
