When Tok Ma passed away, we donated most of her clothes, but we each kept one to remember her by and it’s only right for me to choose one of her favourite pieces to wear while she was still around - a kain batik.
A simple kain batik holds so much value - the beauty of the art of batik, something so synonymous to our Malaysia. In this dUCk, I took elements of the vintage batik, sandwiching the beautiful map of Malaysia and of course, my favourite dUCk loops traveling the country representing us dUCkies.
Crafted from high quality satin silk, every dUCk scarf purchase comes beatifully wrapped in a customised dUCk box and a personalised note from D, so it would make the best idea for gifts too!

Care Instructions
- Recommended to hand wash and line dry
- For makeup or oil stains, spot treat with a stain remover
- Steam iron or dry iron on medium heat
- For storage, fold or hang in a wardrobe
- Dry clean recommended or hand wash with mild detergent
- Wash separately before first use
- Steam Iron is recommended
- Machine-wash under a gentle cycle in a laundry mesh bag
- Iron on low temperature
- Avoid direct contact of dUCk hardware with strong chemicals such as detergent, perfume, etc
- Hang to dry, do not tumble dry
- Protect from direct light, heat and rain. Should it become wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth
- Avoid direct contact with substances that might cause colour transfer, bleeding, and fading
- Clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap
- Keep clean by wiping with a soft damp cloth
- Do not wash, soak, bleach, or machine dry to avoid damaging the material
- When not in use, store it flat or upright to preserve its shape
- Avoid direct contact with perfume, body lotion, hair spray or other substances that might cause damage
- Clean after each use with a soft cloth
- When not in use, store it in a dustbag or airtight jewellery box
