The use of the Card by the cardholder will be subjected to the following terms and conditions:
- The value of the Gift Card is as stated on the card and set out in Ringgit Malaysia or Singapore Dollar.
- The Gift Card may be used in the dUCk Stores in the country where the card was bought and issued. The Gift Card is not applicable for use at dUCk Cafe and dUCk Salon.
- Valid for One(1) time use only for purchase of merchandise at the dUCk Store.
- There is no cash exchange or return for Gift Card. You are not able to purchase additional credit for the Gift Card and the balance cannot be transferred or refunded. Any remaining balance shall lapse and cease after the redemption of the Gift Card.
- The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the Date of Issuance. Upon expiry, the Gift Card is invalid, cannot be activated or used again and any available balance will be forfeited.
- You must present the Gift Card to redeem in-store. If your purchase is not completely covered by the value of the Gift Card, you can use additional payment methods to complete the purchase. You may pay by cash, credit card, and/or any other payment methods accepted by us, which shall be advised from time to time.
- dUCk cannot be held liable for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, inactivated or damaged.
- dUCk reserves the right to refuse, cancel or review any Gift Cards for suspected fraud or for other violations per dUCk’s discretion.
- If you wish to return the merchandise purchased using the Gift Card, reward points will be the form of refund. If you do not have a registered account, you will need to create a new account for the reward points to be rewarded to the account.
- If you wish to exchange the merchandise using the Gift Card - the exchange item has to be of equivalent value or the receipt or more than the value. If it is more than the value of the gift card, the difference can be paid by cash, credit card and/or any other payment methods accepted.
- If a Gift Card becomes faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing or technical defect, please go to our nearest outlet and request for a replacement Gift Card. Any request for a replacement Gift Card must be supported with the existing faulty Gift Card which will have to be returned back to us provided not scratched. The replacement card will have the same issue date as per the original card.
- The dUCk Group reserves the right to amend and/or vary any terms and condition of the Gift Card without prior notice.
